At Glaxes we see ourselves as field service providers.
Most of our clients do have their own capacities for programming but do not have the panel resources they need to interview their specific target groups. Glaxes will help you to get your sample for your survey in the quickest and most cost-effective way you need it.
Therefore our Sample-Only service includes:

  • Consultation on the project (How does the target group look like? In which countries do you want to run the survey?)
  • Project Management for all levels (national / international/ multilingual: incl. translation of the questionnaires)
  • Invitation of the interviewees.
  • Progress monitoring and reporting on a regular basis
  • Reminder send out
  • Support of the interviewees
  • Incentive of the interviewees

Using Sample-Only service by Glaxes will help you to get your project done without being limited by any policy. Our policy is very clear: we are here to help our client.

You will be able to include your logo in your survey.
We will not ask you for key-results of your survey to communicate it to our panelists.
We do not have a "time limit"-policy.

Of course our policy is to consult clients on methodological issues, but we will not try to force you to follow our point of view.
