The following rules apply for registration and interview participation:
- The
registration does not commit to participation. With each invitation,
the registered test person can decide by him/herself to participate
or not.
- The
registration can be cancelled at any time. An e-mail to contact@glaxes.com
will do. This mail shall include the registered e-mail-address and the
advice „please delete“.
- The
registered test person is not qualified to a specific number of interviews.
The number of invitations depends on the orders placed by Glaxes.com
and the socio-demographic data of the test person. There is no guarantee
for participation.
- Glaxes.com
passes no personal data onto any third party. The clients get analyses
of aggregated data like tables and charts without possibility to draw
conclusions from this data to individuals. Furthermore, all interviews
are subjected to the rules of German law about data privacy and the
rules about data privacy defined by BVM und ADM.
- Glaxes.com
reserves the right to delete registered test persons from the database
after a specific period or after a specific number of unsuccsessful
invitations.
- With
beginning of each interview, the test person will be informed about
the approximate duration and the amount of incentive. The approximate
duration of interview is estimated by an internal pre-test. It is possible
that the individual duration of the interview differs from this estimation.
Glaxes.com pays at any rate only the amount of incentivation announced
in the invitation, although the test person needs more time to fill
out the questionnaire.
- Glaxes.com
pays for completed inteviews only.
- The announced
incentive will be transferred to the bank account specified by the registered
test person. Other methods of payment are not possible.
- For
reasons of quality every test person can only register once.
- Only
registered test persons can attend our interviews. They get an invitation
e-mail with password for this special interview. Questionnaires that
are filled out without password, will not be analysed and the participant
does not get any incentive.
- The
participation in every test is once only although the test person gets
several invitations to the same test.
- For
every test there are specific time limits fixed. Interviews filled out
after deadline will not be analysed and the participant does not get
any incentive.
- Market
researcher, journalists, advertising or publicity experts are excluded
to participation basically.
